Supporting, Educating, & Empowering Women
THROUGH PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM
…allowing you to fully embrace motherhood and live your best life
Hi! I’m Dr. Jessica Papa, owner of Arancia Physical Therapy!
I specialize in helping women restore their pelvic health so they can get back to enjoying all the things an active, healthy woman should… exercising, laughing with friends and family without fear of leaking, and yes… even ENJOYING SEX again without having pain or fear of doing damage. I’d love to talk with you about the symptoms you’re experiencing and how we here at Arancia can help.
As a Barnes Myofascial Release Expert, I deal with some very sensitive issues. Problems surrounding past trauma, pregnancy, childbirth, chronic pain, and bladder issues. So here, our patients are able to share their concerns openly. We provide a safe, private environment and focus on treating more than just the symptoms, but getting down to the route cause. I truly love what I do because I empower my patients who have often been told their situations are hopeless, or that surgery is their only option. If this sounds like you, I sincerely encourage you not to lose hope!
Whether you have tried multiple different therapy approaches before that didn’t go as well as you had hoped, or are new to PT and possibly feeling a bit stuck,
We are here to dedicate our time to you to MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS regarding your health.
After many doctors, MRIs, conventional PT programs and Xrays for back pain, I was fortunate to have found Dr. Jess! She was able to diagnose my issues. Not my back at all! But rather the pain was coming from my pelvic floor. Who knew? Dr. Jess not only knew, but treated me with knowledge, compassion and results.

At Arancia, we work to help women prevent or reverse Diastasis Recti.
Could your postpartum symptoms be Diastasis Recti?
Do you feel low back pain or pelvic pain?
Notice a feeling of weakness when trying to lift your baby?
Do you leak when you Cough, Sneeze or Jump?
Is there a feeling of bulging, either in the abdomen or in the pelvic floor?
Diastasis Recti is a common condition that affects many women during the childbearing years. However, diastasis recti isn’t something that women have to simply accept as part of motherhood.
When the abdominal muscles separate, they don’t work as well with the pelvic muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are part of the core, so they work along with the deep abdominal muscles, the lower back muscles, and the respiratory diaphragm. If one of those components isn’t working correctly, then it can harm the pelvic floor.
You deserve a lot of TLC after baby. Your body does, too, as it worked so hard to bring your new bundle of joy into the world. If you have diastasis recti or want to learn how to prevent it during pregnancy, Arancia PT can help, with no physician’s referral necessary to get started.
